Dr. Jitendra Srinivas Naik born in 02-04-1944 at Hyderabad. His entire school education was completed at Vivek Vardhini Boy's High School, completed B.Sc. at Nizam College and M.Sc. from Osmania University. Joined as lecturer at Government Junior College in the year 1972. Completed Ph.D in Zoology, under the guidance of Prof. Das from Osmania University. Attended Indian Science Congress from 1987 to 1992 every year at various places and contributed and presented Research Papers at the Indian Science Congress. He was also a Co-ordinator for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University for nearly 10 years.
He was a General Secretary of Doctorate Lecturers Association, Andhra Pradesh and conducted various Education Seminars and pursued at Government level the importance of M.Phil / Ph.D. degree for lecturers in Degree College.
